Alberta Health Services has asked Lethbridge School Division to distribute information regarding childhood immunization.

There is a lot of information available to Albertans around immunization, especially when it comes to routine childhood immunization. This can be stressful and confusing for parents and caregivers.
We want to hear the thoughts, ideas, concerns and opinions of Alberta parents and guardians regarding immunizations. If you are a parent or caregiver of a child or children between the ages of newborn and 15, please take a few minutes to complete a survey below. And please share this opportunity with your own networks.
The attached posters can be hung on community notice boards or included in upcoming newsletters.
Any assistance you can provide in getting this survey out to parents and guardians across Alberta is greatly appreciated. By hearing their thoughts, we can better ensure that the information we provide is what parents and guardians need to help make immunization decisions.
